How do I start playing for real money?
To play for real money you need to activate your phone number. To do this, go to Cashier/Deposit, specify your phone number in international format and submit it to receive a free SMS with an activation code. Then, return to Cashier/Deposit and enter the received code. We do not process payments from citizens of the following countries: USA, Australia, Israel, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark.
I'm worried about the quality of my Internet connection.
We use a modern server with large bandwidth for the game, so it is your operator (in case you use EDGE or 3G) that is responsible for the majority of connection issues. These tips may be helpful:
- Use one of the following connection methods: EDGE GPRS, 3G or Wi-Fi (preferred);
- Make sure you have a strong network signal;
- Sometimes, if your device is constantly switching between 3G and EDGE, it may help to switch off 3G, because any time you switch, the connection has to be re-established.
Which deposit options do you support?
This depends on your country of residence. In most of countries we support bank card and Skrill payments. In some countries we support local payment systems, the list of which you will find in Cashier section of the app.
Can I change the activated phone number?
Yes, you can. Just submit a request at Portal/Profile. These requests are processed in 1 to 2 days.
My deposits are processed immediately and I have to wait for almost a day for my cashouts to be processed. Why is that?
All cashouts are approved by our security staff to make sure the account is not stolen and to prevent any kind of fraud. It takes time, but we usually process cashouts in 24 hours.
Can I transfer money to another player.
Yes, you can find everything you need for that at Cashier/Transfer. All transfers are approved manually and usually take less than 24 hours to be processed.
Why is my account blocked?
You must have violated the rules of our club. Two of the most frequently violated rules are: (1) you must not register multiple user accounts and (2) chip-dumping is strictly forbidden. If your account is blocked, please contact us at

I think I was cheated/my game was fixed/a player at my table said he worked for the Club. Is it true?
No, it is not. These are common allegations some people make when they lose. We operate under a license and our RNG (random number generator) guarantees the random shuffling of dice. Our employees are not allowed to play. We can not influence the course of particular games and the luck of particular players.
I forgot my password. What should I do?

How does the first deposit bonus work? What is MPP and statuses?
When you make your first deposit, you get a bonus for the same amount, but no more than $500. Bonus is not immediately added to your account, but is paid out in chunks as you earn MPPs. MPPs (Mobile Poker Points) are special points given to you for taking part in real-money ring games and tournaments. The more you play, the more MPPs you earn, and the faster your bonus will be paid out. You earn statuses by earning the required amounts of MPPs within a calendar month.
